What I Do
I offer a few different ways to get creative!
Teaching
I currently teach art and work as a teaching assistant to grades K-5 (aged 5 to 10 years) in Palo Alto. I work with multi age classrooms and have experience teaching small or larger classes. I believe that creativity is not just about producing a masterpiece, it is also about gaining confidence in your own style or skills and enjoying the feeling of being free and happy to create whatever you desire.
I am available to teach small pods/groups of children either in person (on a regular basis, to the same group) or online. Please contact me if you want to know more about how this is structured.
Note: My current lessons have moved online via Zoom due to COVID.
Workshops
I offer creative workshops to children in small groups. Primarily craft and creativity focused, often based on a theme (e.g. Animals, Nature Craft, Fairies & Elves, Mother’s Day craft and many more). Workshops are a great way to get a group of friends together and let them get their creative juices flowing.

Parties
Lets face it, there is only so many princess, Paw Patrol or dinosaur parties we can stand! How about a party which is messy, fun, creative and lets children just be children! I create unique parties that offer creative experiences to children from 3 years old and up. I keep it fun and silly, but encourage creativity and experimentation with materials and processes. Let me clean up the mess after the creative explosion!

My art
I have a BA Hons degree in Multimedia Textiles from De Montfort University. I am an artist and am constantly adding to my creative repertoire.
For many years I owned my own business, making hand made artworks using fabric collage (Pouch Handmade) for children’s rooms.
These are just a few of the creative outlets I currently indulge in: ceramics, weaving, basket masking, painting, collage, punch needle, sketching, embroidery and sewing.
