Weaving

One COVID purchase I made was a mini weaving loom, I had intended to weave lots of little pieces, but the reality of many of my craft projects is that life gets in the way. Anyway, I decided that rather than be annoyed I wasn’t using the loom much, I asked if Frankie wanted to try using it.

The result was a very calm, quiet couple of hours while she enjoyed choosing the yarns, trying them out (sometimes removing bits she didn’t like) and then feeling very proud of herself when she had a finished piece. I finished off the pieces, tucking in the warp strings.

She decided it was a bed for her doll! I love the colours she chose.
